Laci holds master’s degrees in School Counseling and Community Counseling/LPC, along with an Educational Leadership Certificate. She brings extensive experience in education, having worked as an elementary teacher, school counselor, and currently as an assistant principal at Woodward High School.

Laci is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate mental health concerns, stress, and life’s challenges. She believes counseling should provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel validated, gain practical tools, and develop skills for personal growth and improved well-being.

Outside of work, Laci enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, fishing, shopping, and traveling to Las Vegas. Her favorite color is pink.
