Jennifer Wiederstein is a mental health professional and LPC-Candidate with a unique blend of clinical counseling, education, and leadership experience spanning nearly two decades. She is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and families build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate life's challenges through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Central Oklahoma. Jennifer went on to get her Master of Education in School Counseling from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Then she returned to the University of Central Oklahoma to obtain her LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) certification. She currently serves as a counselor with Myriad Counseling Solutions, where she integrates clinical knowledge with a warm, client-centered approach.

Before entering clinical practice, Jennifer spent three years as a high school counselor, providing direct and indirect counseling services, crisis response, academic planning, graduation support, testing coordination, and college and career guidance. Her background also includes teaching middle and high school science, leading youth development programs through Oklahoma State University Cooperative Extension, and serving as a Head Start educator. These diverse experiences have provided her with a deep understanding of child and adolescent development, family systems, and the educational challenges that impact mental health.
